Bangladesch Islam Forum in München e.V. was founded to serve Muslim ummah by Bangladeshi Muslims in Munich.
For many years, Bangladeshi Muslims working and living in Munich have rented various spaces to perform the congregational Friday prayer and Eid prayer. As the Muslim population grew, it was getting more challenging to find a space every week to accommodate the growing congregation. By the end of 2022, efforts began to acquire a building to serve as a permanent prayer space for the Muslim community.
